Artistic Entertainment Services expects its Volunteerss to do the same. However Reserved slots are subject to change, in which case Artistic Entertainment Services may notify Volunteerss in advance of an event when significant changes occur. Likewise Volunteerss are expected to let Artistic Entertainment Services know when they will be unable to meet their commitments. In most cases Reserve commitments can be changed or canceled online. In any case Artistic Entertainment Services will not be obligated to hold a slot for any individual even if that individual signed up or allegedly signed up to Reserve for a particular slot.
